兰州大学西部环境与社会发展中心
丁文广博士创建了“兰州大学西部环境与社会发展中心”,致力于与政府机构、政府间组织、学术机构及国内外发展机构合作,在气候变化应对、社区综合发展、灾害管理、生态扶贫、环境教育和能力建设等方面实施具有挑战性的发展项目。中心目前与联合国妇女署、德国米苏尔基金、壹基金、施永青基金、嘉道理慈善基金、UNDP等机构合作,实施多个发展及研究项目。
Oxfam项目管理经验
2002年1月-2008年12月为国际发展救援机构Oxfam工作,创办了该机构在西北的第一个办公室,并将办公室由1人扩展到10人以上。在此期间,丁文广博士积极与政府部门和公益机构合作,推动地方合作机构在基础教育、生计改善、生态扶贫、灾害管理、发展项目的监测与评估、公众参与等方面做出了贡献,先后在18个贫困县实施了100多个综合发展项目。特别是亲自指挥实施了国际发展机构资助的“5.12汶川地震”四川灾区的前期救援工作和甘肃灾区的救援工作,积累了丰富的大灾救援经验。在实施国际发展项目期间,先后负责、设计并实施了50多个社区综合发展项目及灾害管理项目。
