位于深圳CBD核心地段的中国华润大厦，2018年建成后晋升为深圳湾新地标，是云集了深圳湾一号／阿里巴巴等企业总部的核心区域。本案为某集团金融服务中心深圳办公室。懒猫创意通过更进一步了解客户企业的文化及其对项目的定位，提炼相应的设计元素融入空间设计中。

本项目设计面积608平方米。客户企业期望能创造一个具有高品质金融科技感的商务空间作为对外窗口。相较于外部元素，懒猫更重注企业文化和其价值观，通过空间传达企业理念和“海”的胸襟。以绿色生态科技发展为设计内核，我们用设计传递不一样的印象，挖掘企业精神，解读建筑与空间、空间与品牌的关系，引领创新性办公环境风尚。
Thedesignareaoftheprojectis608m2.Theclientcompanyexpectstocreateabusinessspacewithhigh-qualityfinancialtechnology,whichservesasa'window'forexternalcommunication.Comparedtoexternalelements,LazyCatCreativeDesignpaysmoreattentiontocorporatecultureanditsvalues,andconveyscorporatephilosophyand'widenessofthesea'throughspace.Takingthedevelopmentofgreenecologicaltechnologyasthecoreofdesign,weusedesigntoconveydifferentimpressions,explorethespiritofenterprise,interprettherelationshipbetweenarchitectureandspace,spaceandbrand,andleadtheinnovativeofficeenvironment.
以整个大厦圆形的核心筒轴线和同心圆来实现功能空间分隔，让整个异形空间线条感更加流畅自然，最大释放了内部空间通透性，无边的海景尽收眼底。

入口处的接待台将来者的视野引入整个空间。材质是空间的语言，背景的不锈钢竖条通过不同的角度排列形成似风拂过的琴键变化。“纳自然之形，建空间之意”。

龙马精神是中华民族自古以来所崇尚的，代表了奋斗不止、自强不息的民族精神。集团总部位于内蒙古，和马有着密切的关系。艺术家将现代的艺术手法融入马形态的塑造，表达对精神家园的怀念。

艺术是空间的底色，艺术作品应当具有人文关怀和文化启蒙。设计师根据行业属性及企业文化创作的雕塑作品“源”，通过一层层的亚克力、形似煤炭的石子，叠加构成树的姿态，形成虚实的变化，也成为吸引人驻留的一隅清净处。

水吧台的顶面、地面、墙面划出一个独立区域块，切面的造型则呼应大厦的建筑结构，使得硬装与建筑相融，软装自硬装中生长。

可容纳16个人的会议室，背景以水波纹为元素，与天花板的曲线交相呼应，传达了思想交流和碰撞的过程。环保高效的无纸化办公系统体现出深圳的特质--效率、务实、国际化。会议室和独立办公室的隔断使用雾化玻璃，两者的独立和开放可以自由切换。

公共区域由独立的门厅过渡到vip商务室。通过面部识别后，两扇门缓缓开启--仪式感和科技感正是通过这样的场景传达给来访者。整排的落地窗外，映入眼帘的是一览无余的绝佳海景，带来在云之巅的尊贵体验。
